Een nieuwe richtlijn zorgmijding geeft wijkteams aanbevelingen voor het signaleren van en omgaan met zorgmijding in de eerste lijn. Beschreven staat onder andere hoe je een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwt met specifieke groepen zorgmijders.
