Ggz-instellingen weigeren geregeld psychosepatiënten diegene treatment van hun verwonding of verslaving nodig hebben. Den instellingen denken dat dit patiënten te kwetsbaar zijn voordat diegene behandelingen. Dit meldt NOS.
